CrossFit Flower City is hosting a Red Cross Fundraiser, and you can participate here @ CrossFit 718!! This is a one-day event in which CrossFitters Row a 5K WOD on Concept2 rowers to raise money for their local Red Cross Chapter. This year, with the backing of the Red Cross, it has been extended to all CrossFit boxes in New York State. All the money your box raises stays with your local Red Cross chapter!
